Build Type: Renovation and addition
Location: Greensburg, PA
Rick Avon served as superintendent for the LEED certified project designed by Ennead Architects. The project featured new mechanical systems, a cantilevered addition, and renovations to the existing museum. During the two-year construction period, an appreciation for the collaborative relationship between architect and contractor developed. The experience has changed the way we practice as a firm, particularly in how we communicate with contractors, verbally as well as graphically, with our construction drawings.
