Build Type: Addition to existing Radisson Hotel
Location: Sandusky, OH
Development of the Caribbean-themed waterpark required specialized knowledge and analysis of the building’s envelope to account for dew points, humidity, and the chemical composition of the aquatic environment. The waterpark featured a three-story interactive play structure, wave pool, water slides, and a roller coaster propelled by water. Amenities include restrooms, locker rooms, food huts, a spa and arcade.
