Edgewood Center Retirement Residence is a transit-oriented affordable senior housing development located in Edgewood Towne Center’s shopping district. The project is the first affordable housing in Allegheny County within a retail center and obtained Passive House and Reset Air Certification while conforming to the 2020 Enterprise Green Communities criteria.
