Location: Erie, PA
ECAT is a community-based education and career training nonprofit modeled after Manchester Bidwell, founded by Bill Strickland. They purchased the former four-story 80,180 SF Wayne Middle School and provided renovations to the entire building, including interior fit-outs for ECAT and anchor tenants such as:
- Wayne Primary Care Clinic operated by Primary Health Network (PHN)
- United Way of Erie County
- UPMC Jameson School of Nursing.
